We have dedicated module assembly lines for EV battery trays, comprising six assembly lines equipped with six leakage testing SPMs. For EV cooling tubes, we operate four module assembly lines featuring five brazing SPMs, one serpentine pressing machine, and two bending machines.
Currently, we manufacture trays for passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles (CV), off-road vehicles, and two/three-wheelers.

We have 02 welding lines consisting of 04 welding robots for manufacturing of BIW products.

Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India

The facility is equipped with two laser cutting machines, two CNC press brake machines, and one rolling machine. It also houses 26 manual metal inert gas (MIG) welding machines.
At present, we manufacture components for the commercial vehicle (CV) segment.
