ASAL is a manufacturer and supplier of sheet metal components, welded assemblies and modules for automobiles. The product is classified into three different verticals viz

ASAL has wide manufacturing set-up comprising of Press Shops (Manual & Robotic Stamping lines); Weld Shops (Spot & Projection Welding with Manual & Robotic configuration); Powder Coating Facility; SPMs – Brazing machines, Serpentine Pressing, bending machines; Laser cutting, rolling & Press Brake machines; Quality Lab – CMM & Weld Lab. ASAL delivers high-quality, innovative solutions for the automotive sector, particularly focusing on the electric vehicle (EV) market.

The company excels in tool engineering, process engineering, and program management, offering expertise in product feasibility, method planning, line balancing, risk management, and cost control.
ASAL operates six manufacturing plants across India, including in Pune, Pantnagar, Lucknow, Sanand, and Jamshedpur. These strategically located units enable the company to deliver efficient production and timely service to customers nationwide.
